Next week, we’re making history!

In honour of National Fitness Day on September 27th, Premier are heading over to Rockwood Academy, part of Core Education Trust, in Birmingham to smash the world record for the biggest fencing lesson ever held. With the help of our partners at British Fencing, children from Nansen Primary and Rockwood Academy will be learning the basics of fencing while getting active and healthy!

And it doesn’t end there – we’re also helping support ukactive in their 10 at 10 event, in which they hope to achieve a UK first by getting 10,000 participants active for 10 minutes at 10am on National Fitness Day, all with the goal to kickstart healthy habits within students.

What’s more is, anyone can join ukactive’s 10 at 10!

As part of National Fitness Day, if your school signs up for ukactive’s initiative and delivers our fencing 10 at 10 lesson, you can win a FREE Fit-Trition fitness session for your teachers or parents*.

As part of the Premier Wellbeing offering, Fit-Trition is a brilliant initiative that helps parents and teachers get fit, while working around their busy schedule. Register your school, and use our 10-minute fencing plan that will introduce your students to fencing. That way, your 10 minutes of activity are already taken care of. Fencing is a full body workout and an incredibly dynamic sport that helps enhance focus and coordination – it’s the perfect way to get your students ready for the school day.
