In 2013 the government announced ring-fenced funding for school sport worth in excess of £700,000k per franchised territory. This funding was guaranteed for three year years.
Prime Minister David Cameron last week announced that primary schools will continue to receive the £150m per year sports funding UNTIL 2020.
