In detail, manage the following:
- Provide and deliver strategy around culture and core values
- All HR functions of central team (approx. 20 people)
- Franchise agreements and correspondence
- Responsible for network Minimum Operating Standards and processes
- Recruitment process and induction ‘The Premier Welcome’
- Exit Process
- Consultant and supplier agreements
- Building and maintenance programme
- Support with Business Management System development
- All of the above, (Couldn’t think of a number 10 and lists of 10 always look better!)
