Activators are back! At your request, we are excited to announce the running of Activator Courses at Premier HQ over the 15th and 16th February. We want to extend our training offering in 2018 and add value to the learning of your AP’s.
The focus is making your business FUTUREPROOF!
This year we have listened to your feedback and we are hosting several different breakout sessions over the two-day event. These bespoke breakout sessions have been created with your business in mind, focusing on Operations, Landscape, Growth, Customer Service, Marketing and Customer Retention.
There is availability to book on all courses on a first come first serve basis to benefit a range of staff members. The sections are broken into subcategories:
Day 1: Futureproof - Landscape, Operations, Growth
Day 2: Sustainability & customer service - Customer Service, Marketing, Retention

This year Activity Professionals are welcome to attend the National Training Event Awards Ceremony on the evening of the 15th February.

The closing date for the National Training Event Awards Dinner booking deadline has been extended, we understand Christmas is an expensive time so please can all bookings be made by the 5th January 2018 – Lots of spaces have already been reserved so don’t miss out on yours!
