Golden Mile Relay Resources & JustGiving Link...
There may be just under one month to go until the big day on 23rd March, but there’s still time to get schools signed up to The Golden Mile Relay!
We’ve created a resource pack to help, including; poster, social banner, school info sheet and a parent letter.
Our JustGiving page is set up – please put your name and name of the school donating when you pay in any donations for your schools!
This is a great opportunity to get new schools on board, and to reward partner schools. Don’t forget to email Gemma on [email protected] with the names and addresses of each school you sign up, so they can be entered into our competition for the chance to win an inspirational ambassador visit!
Feedback is the Breakfast of Champions
“To this day I still say that the biggest impact on my business growth started the very first day I implemented a CQI process into my business” - Nick Shirley | Franchise
You assess your staff... check!
You get feedback from some schools... check!
But is that really enough for a Great CQI model - think how all the big businesses continue to improve and develop their brands - look at the iPhone updates, you are only as good as what you choose to compare yourself against!
All of this is CQI and drives business growth and development ensuring you and your teams are all growing and improving.
In this session, Andy Heald takes you through the feedback from our national CQI report and identifies exactly what it is you need to be focusing to ensure you have a great CQI model within your business – Action and Retention!
Andy will also be holding a follow up webinar for more information - Please register for Feedback is the breakfast of champions - Ensuring you have a GREAT CQI model within your business - Action and Retention! on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM GMT
The British Fencing Campaign
As we move into March, the Fencing campaign that started before Christmas ends.
With 111 requests from schools across the country, the campaign has had a fantastic reach, with over 45 franchise territories receiving enquiries. The opportunity to try fencing has been taken up by 25 inactive schools!
Whilst 86 active schools have requested a taster of fencing at their school, the majority of which have never tried fencing before – so we’ve managed to bring fencing to over a thousand children who would have not had the opportunity without all of you, fantastic!
Feedback...
We have received some great feedback from schools across the country, and from our network;
“Thank you for an excellent session today. We all really enjoyed learning a new skill (and terms) and some of them wrote great recounts of the event in the lesson afterwards!” – Mik Kersey | Cheriton Fitzpaine Primary
From the feedback gathered, there are some actions that we will implement for subsequent campaigns we run, including;
A greater push towards previously or never active schools across the country
Clearer CTA that specifies ONLY if they’ve not had fencing/the CTA before
Greater notice for campaigns so that you can pre plan and send out the templates provided
Open Rates...
Other outcomes...
We’ve cut down our database by over 400 email addresses, this was a combination of email addresses that are no longer valid, teaches who have changed role etc – so we now have a more concise database.
Please...
Please can ALL franchises schedule time in their diary to run through their BMS with their staff, we need you to update your school’s contact information. Remove any teachers that no longer work there, teachers that have changed roles and are no longer relevant. Ensure you’ve ADDED any new staff, headteachers etc.
This will help us to help you, if our emails aren’t reaching the relevant people and decision makers, then they won’t have such an impact for you.
