Partnerships Update

With another new partnership to be announced this week, we wanted to remind you all of the exciting opportunities these partnerships represent, especially when we get referrals locally through the National Governing Body. This week we have showcased a fantastic case study in Taunton (thanks Andrew Overhill and AP’s) within our British Fencing Partnership. Take a look at the newsletter here...

You will see a clear call to action at the bottom of this and British Fencing have already had a number of clubs respond to this. Jane Hannah will be contacting you if one of these is within your area. If you receive a referral from us, please ensure you follow up on it as soon as you can - essentially these could lead to free work, which has to be a positive!

If you have any queries, please email Jane Hannah,or give her a call on 07776 445500.

The importance of MINDSET

As Operations Director and Franchisee lead, Karl Fox speaks to network daily, either on an individual basis or group basis, and THE biggest component which differs greatly from successful franchisees, to franchisees that are underperforming is MINDSET!

MINDSET is such a powerful component when running a business, many people don’t even realise that they have a negative mindset, and in some cases actually think the opposite!

REMEMBER you cannot have a POSITIVE BUSINESS with a NEGATIVE MINDSET, this will a have a massive impact on the staff you employ right down to your customers and the children themselves.

One thing Karl has learnt is it’s not easy and it’s not always natural to have a positive mindset, it takes work, it takes investment, it takes honesty but most of all it takes consistency.

We have all felt unstoppable after a major success or after a mindset training event, but after time anything without consistency and investment it fades away, and with that in mind as we are coming up to such a massive time of year for our business, it’s well worth having the opportunity to revisit the James Ashford’s Take The Breaks Off course again.

The feedback from those across network and HQ that completed the course originally was unbelievable so make sure you invest some time, re-take the course and refresh your memories and make the last term a positive one.
