Introducing Play-Trition – Limited Taster Sessions Available!

Wondering how to inspire Early Years and Children’s Centre users to live healthy and active lifestyles? Premier Transition has developed Play-Trition – the play-based learning resource developed around the principles of EYFS, which supports young children to begin to understand and make healthy lifestyle choices.

Introduing Joe & Emma

How does it work?

With help from our characters Joe and Emma, we incorporate engaging real-life scenarios and play based activities to inspire children to find out more about healthy lifestyle choices.

Each week will follow a theme, based around our Play-Trition characters Joe & Emma - children experience and explore foods, find out where they come from and learn what’s healthy (and what’s not!).They’ll discover how what you eat affects your body.

For children’s centres, parents are also given the opportunity to engage in nutrition and physical activity sessions. The 6 week course is designed for parents to support the healthy lifestyle development for their whole family, engaging them in a series of one hour practical sessions.
