Education and Sports Coaching Programme for 16 - 18 year olds

Premier Sport & VLUK are offering a unique opportunity for 16-18 year old males and females who wish to pursue a career in sports coaching with our Applied Coaching Education (ACE) Programme.

To ensure learners are fully prepared for the future, the scholarship includes a full-time education package, incorporating:

• BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma, worth up to 3 A Levels - Allows access to university.
• Opportunity for vocational qualifications, such as NGB Level 1’s - Opens the door to a coaching career in sport.
• Work Experience locally with Premier Sport - The potential of further opportunities to be employed as a sports coach.

Learning takes place under the direction of experienced education professionals, with access to a computer and a bespoke Virtual Learning Environment, which facilitates the teacher delivering personalised learning for individuals.

Learners will have the opportunity to gain work experience one day per week at Premier Sport, offering a real insight into the sports coaching industry under the direction of the UK’s leading sports coaching organisation. Students demonstrating excellent progression may also be offered employment opportunities to complement the ACE Programme.
