Parked Payments / Coach Details

A number of you still have payments parked on the BMS this week due to not having a coach attached to the event taking place.

As stated previously HO will assume that events without coaches attached didn't go ahead and will cancel from the system returning monies to parents and schools. Attached coaches will have to meet Minimum Operating Standards.

Please insure coach contact details, phone numbers and emails are up to date, this week alone has seen several incidents of coaches failing to attend events and HO unable to assist as coach contact details were either inaccurate or missing.

Non Compete Agreements

As covered in last year's Policy & Procedure training Non Compete agreements are essential in protecting your business. We are currently suing a former employee who was soliciting business in an existing school because this documentation was put in place.

The Non Compete Agreement is available on the resource section and also includes coach acceptance of all Premier Sports Policy & Procedure. Once signed this should be uploaded on to the coaches BMS page.

BMS Downloads

You can now download the following documents from the BMS resource section:

  • Premier sport planning framework (SoW)
  • Updated service level agreement
  • Curricular planning overview
  • Extra-curricular planning overview
  • Planning guidance for both curricular and extra curricular
  • Review meeting agendas & guidance

These documents will be VITAL for you to be able to plan for high quality delivery into schools next year and should be shown as an example during any meetings with schools.
