Now your batteries have recharged following the last school year, you should all now be ready to attack the new academic year. Make this year your most successful ever by ensuring you are fully prepared and organised. The majority of mistakes and errors that occur are due to poor preparation right from the start.

If you have not done so already, you should've completed a budget for the 2013-14 academic year taking into account the work you have confirmed and work you plan to get (in-line with your business plan). Don't forget to budget any necessary expenses and incentives relating to such work.

Planning and preparation will help you work ahead of time for the year ahead meaning you will be more organised than competitors when it comes to advertising holiday courses, extracurricular clubs, recruitment and sales drives! Investing heavily in time and planning now will help to increase your profit margin come August 2014.

As you are aware from all the CPD events over the past few months, this year is all about impact & progress.

The 2014 National Training Event will focus on just that. Due to the positive feedback regarding both the timing and location of this year's event we plan to deliver the 2014 NTE at Premier Sport HQ on Wed 16th and Thurs 17th April during the Easter break.

You are probably planning to upload all your curricular and extracurricular sessions onto the BMS this week, ahead of the new academic year.

The BMS now allows you to select the type of Inspire Programme you want to upload automatically.

To do this simply create a course as you would do normally and then select the appropriate Inspire themed product from the drop down list.

The new artwork and booking forms for the Inspire Programme is now ready to purchase from the online store.

We hope that the new literature will also ‘Inspire’ parents and teachers alike to book more places resulting in more income.
