Inspire investment paying dividend!

The first official month of trading using the Inspire Programme has seen incomes rocket in September, with a 30% increase in extracurricular income compared to the same period last year.

START Active clubs have helped boost the number of before-school activities by a whopping 141%, while STAY Active clubs have helped boost lunchtime activities by 56%.

The large investment of time and money putting the programme together has already seen income increase to £70k in September, compared to last years extracurricular products.

Increased PE and importance of CPD

September has seen a huge increase of 88% from last year in curriculum income for the network with positive feedback regarding the planning framework and imminent school's portal.

The challenge for the network now is to continue to invest in CPD to ensure schools receive the level of service both we and they expect. The level of investment from you this year will determine your retention % for next year and beyond.

We reported an excellent case study last month of Ben Pattenden's coach who was rated 'good' by Ofsted. Ben and his team have an excellent CPD infrastructure embedded within their business – this is no coincidence.

Franchisees smash 3 year business plan target in 1st year!

Franchisees across the network are reporting the positive impact of implementing business planning and strategy, with a number having to rewrite their plan after just 12 months due to exceeding 3 year targets!

Lee Parton purchased his business from his former employer, a franchisee who decided he wasn't going to renew his contract after 5 years. As part of his purchase plan, Lee completed a thorough business plan and set about building a business which had plateaued somewhat over the previous couple of years.

After just one year, Lee has already achieved his 3rd year targets by more than doubling his workforce, income and profits!

Lee said:

"I am now completing a new business plan so that I can reach the next level, rather than sit back for a couple of years. I'm really focussed and the plan has given me the drive to realise the potential of the business."

£100,000 turnover

For franchisees who have passed their first year of trading, we've seen 25% turn over more than £100k last year. A number of these franchisees generated £200k, £300k and £400k of business respectively.

To put this achievement into perspective, we now have franchisees that are turning over more money than some of Premier Sport's closest competitors (franchisors).
