Activity Professionals rewarded with £500 loyalty bonus...

Franchise owners, Danny Melling and Andy Heald have rewarded three Activity Professionals with £1500 in ‘loyalty bonuses’ for their commitment to Premier Sport for over 5 years.

During this time John Gormer, Neil Hetherington and Matt Stafford have all been delivering sport & physical activity in schools across Manchester and Bolton.

Her non-sporty daughter has been truly inspired by our after school club... all thanks to Activity Professional, Tommy Stevens (pictured).

The new ‘Family Portal’ allows parents to easily manage and book all their child/ren’s favourite Premier Sport through our new ‘3 Step’ booking process. We’ll also provide them with easy access to current and previous bookings.

We want to use your knowledge and expertise as a Premier Sport Activity Professional to help us expand our network and give more people the opportunity to join us.

Your line manager may ask you to carry out assessments on colleagues and be an important part of ensuring that children we teach receive the correct learning.

In order to you to do this, you must have attended the one day Activity Professional Assessment training beforehand. It is imperative that quality is maintained throughout the assessment process and the correct information and actions arising are being logged.

This year to date, our business owners have conducted 650 assessments on our Activity Professionals throughout the UK on a variety of curricular, extra-curricular and holiday events.

The industry we operate in is ever evolving and we are constantly reviewing our position and the important role in which you play in it The role you provide is no longer just a coach with knowledge in one sport.

As a business this year we have already delivered thousands of physical activity events reaching even more children than before. The quality of the delivery is of upmost importance to us, to you and to the enjoyment and most importantly the development of these young people. We recognise that you are our front line team and want to reward excellence in this field.

Since October 2013 we’ve been asking your line managers to add you to the Register of Children’s Activity Professionals (Capre).
