Vince Gordon has a true passion for sport and vast experience of working with young people. That’s why he was determined to realise his dream and own a Premier Sport franchise. With a £5000 investment and help from a government backed initiative, he’s now able inspire the next generation of sporting superstars in Kings Heath, Birmingham.

We caught up with Vince to ask him a few questions about how he first made contact with Premier Sport and the process of purchasing his business with only £5000 to invest.

We carried out over 1000 assessments on Activity Professionals last academic year, with 514 of them being curricular, although this does highlight SOME fantastic practice it does tell us that there are a substantial amount of you that haven’t been observed and more importantly your managers are not realising the importance of moderation, missing a massive opportunity to assess the quality of your delivery and plan your CPD needs for the future.
