Keep them sporty during lunch time...

Lunch breaks are ideal opportunities for children to engage in physical activity, encouraging a balance of physical and mental challenges throughout the school day.

Our STAY Active programme delivers 30-45 minute long sessions during lunch breaks. Using structured activities and introducing children to multiple skills, the programme encourages physical activity across all abilities.

Here’s what one school said about our Stay Active sessions -

“Not only do the children enjoy taking part in the ‘STAY Active’ lunch time activities, they also have the additional opportunity to increase their participation in sport and physical activity. They are able to practise their physical skills as well as develop their social interaction with their peers.”
