Base Line Measurements - More than just an HPA day

In a landscape of accountability and impact, is your business development strategy evolving?

“Following the day I've provided a report on the figures to each of the schools. Having this report to feedback to the school has given me the access to head teachers that I wasn't getting and has in fact opened more doors to curriculum time and clubs. Remember, if you encounter any issues please ensure you log these in the ‘Bugs & enhancement’ section under the ‘Reporting’ tab of the BMS.

Contract renewals

Schools are now already thinking about their provision for the next academic year. Have you scheduled to go in and get the agreements signed up to protect yourself against local competitors who will be contacting schools in an attempt to gain new business?

It's not just about the new schools, you need to sign up existing schools ASAP so that you know what capacity you have for next year and what slots you need to fill.

Remember – schools won't chase you to do this.
