VIDEO | Schools Portal Orientation

As you’re aware, the purpose of the Schools Portal is to enhance the collaboration of our Activity Professionals, Area Leaders and School Leaders enabling you to monitor progress and participation of children and measure the impact that our specific activities and provisions are having on your schools.
To support you and your schools, we thought it would be useful to create an orientation video of the Schools Portal. We’ll hand you over to our National Quality Development Manager, Andy Heald to show you around.

HIGH IMPORTANCE | Monday’s KPI Setting Session with Roger
|
Monday’s GoToMeeting with guest speaker Roger Pemberton was all about setting your business KPI’s. Within the session, Roger outlined four key things every business should know, these are listed below...
- The profitability of your business depends on how well the employees consistently perform critical activities.
- Employees perform best when they understand how their performance affects the bottom line, and how their performance is measured.
- Small changes in critical areas can have a great impact on the bottom line.
- What gets measured gets done and what gets rewarded gets done again.

Are You Engaging All of Your Pupils?
|
On average, Premier Performing Arts engages 22% more girls than Premier Sport activities and 41% boys!
That stat may not mean a great deal to you but putting this in business terms, based on a class of 30, you are potentially not engaging a staggering seven children.
However, let’s turn this into a positive, it’s a quick and easy win... introduce a new product these seven children will engage with and you’re onto a winner!
To find out more, give Frankie a call on 07769 175462 or drop her an email.
