New Family Portal

We are pleased to announce the new Family Portal is live and available to parents. This new function has a host of benefits and will further support your businesses. We will communicate this new technology to parents and encouraging them to register with Premier Education Group. This functionality is one of the many topics to be discussed at this year’s NTE.


More Functionality Added To The Schools Portal

Yet more benefits for schools via the schools portal have been added this week. The schools unique URL is now available via the portal and we will be highlighting at the NTE how to use and apply this new benefit and USP for your business.


New Premier Sport website

The new Premier Sport website is now live and available for parents to search and book activities, through the new payment gateway. The new website complements all our other online offerings provided across the group.

The BMS is still available but will no longer be accessed directly through the new Premier Sport site.

Franchisees will now need to access the BMS using this URL: https://admin.premiersport.org/login/

Sport premium under spend! Is work getting in the way of your business?

Are you missing an opportunity for this year’s sport premium allocation? Lots of franchisees and schools are busy planning for September but just this week our Operations Director Danny Melling was contacted by two delighted franchisees who met with schools that have only spent £1,000 of this year’s budget.

As a result, both franchisees have each sold £8,000 worth of inspire products per school for the next 12 weeks!

‘Average’ income stats

Current:

  • Average income per extracurricular event (START, STAY, PLAY & SPORT Active) = £40.09 (inc VAT)
  • Average income per day of PE £128 (ex VAT)

Note these are ‘average’ stats so you should aim for average as a ‘minimum’

Growth:

  • The Autumn term saw the network deliver over 50,000 term time events, an increase of 54% compared to the previous year
  • The Autumn term also saw an increase in curricular delivery by 108% compared to the previous year

Psycho signs up for Chewits Course but we need your help!

Stuart Pearce nicknamed ‘Psycho’ was this week named new Nottingham Forest manager from next season. Before he takes up his new management role he’ll be attending a Chewits Sports Course in a London school on Thursday 5th June 2014.

To date, we have not secured a school venue for this visit so we want to hear from franchisees in and around the London area who might have an ideal venue to host the visit.

Premier Performing Arts - final piece of jigsaw in South Norfolk

Ken D’Rasario has successfully expanded his Premier Sport business across South Norfolk since he launched a year ago. His previous background was in financial and public sector IT as well as extensive involvement in sports coaching and education.

Ken’s business has rapidly expanded over the past year following success with Premier Sport and The Golden Mile. The final piece in Ken’s jigsaw is the investment into a Premier Performing Arts license.

Educare Child Safeguarding - Child Protection in Sport & Active Leisure

Please can you ensure that any EduCare Child Safeguarding courses are completed before April 16th, otherwise you will lose any progress.

If you complete the programme before the update, you will not receive the new version. If you wish to download your users’ certificates, you will also need to do this before this date.

1st4Sport level 2 Award in Multi-Skills Development in Sports (QCF)

We’ve had 6 Activity Professionals successfully passed the 1st4Sport Level 2 Award in Multi-Skills Development in Sports (QCF).

The course is developed in partnership with sports coach UK and other experts within the sector.
