Delivering Outstanding Practice #morethanacoach

Can you believe we’re already approaching the end of the first half term?

With this in mind, National Quality Development Manager Andy Heald wants to ensure outstanding practice is being delivered in all your schools. An example of this would be Activity Professionals recording accurate attainment judgements for all children, as this will be the baseline judgement that we’ll measure progress against.

To ensure all judgements are clear and agreeable with your schools, Andy strongly recommends teachers and leaders are involved in this process - As you will see from the video posted on the Activity Professionals facebook page by James Cooney. James has created a very clear and simple process to ensure he is working smarter and not harder. He’s certainly delivering wow with every interaction too. A great example of demonstrating how we can be irreplaceable and #morethanacoach

How many routes to market do you have?

Throughout September, Time Associates secured 163 meetings and if we hit our 70% conversion rate target and an average school spend of £7500, we will generate an extra £855k across the network.

Great news, but Time Associates should be one of your many routes to market...

Are you actively selling? Even if you are not ready yet, you still need to be filling up your 'sales funnel' as when it’s ‘too late’, there’s nothing you can do.

Sometimes it takes months to build a relationship with a school; never expect to just turn a tap on when you need it and suddenly £100k comes your way. You need to follow a solid sales strategy which includes several routes to market.

For example, we know that 96% of schools WILL refer us to other schools. Therefore, out of the 2100 active schools we worked with last year, 2016 would refer us. If that’s just one extra school each, we can secure another 1411 school nationwide (70% conversion rate), equating to an extra £10m based on the £7500 average school spend!

These are mind boggling stats but achievable if we all follow the process...

Leading Franchise Applauds Bespoke Landing Page

“The bespoke landing pages have been a great asset for our territories. They have enabled us to provide personalised messages and offers to our key stakeholders. The biggest area it has assisted us with has been our non term-time activities.

Having a bespoke landing page has provided us with a platform to display what venues and activities we have running locally in the area to where our parents live along with links directly to their desired venue.”

Premier calls time on Chewits partnership...

After eight years of partnering with us on our holiday programmes, Premier and Chewits, by mutual agreement, have decided not to continue the partnership in 2017. The association gained national and local coverage and generated millions of pounds worth of advertising value equivalent exposure on TV and throughout the press. However, the decision has been made not to continue into 2017.

“Premier is in a very different place now to where it was eight years ago and, despite the investment which supported the development of the company and the value brought through PR and AVE, we felt the time was right to move on.”

Would you know what to do in an event of a bomb threat?

Premier Education Group is committed to providing a safe and supportive working environment for all employees. It is recognised that in this day and age, any individual could receive a bomb threat at any given moment. It may even happen within your business!

Most threats are made over the phone and the overwhelming majority are hoaxes, often the work of malicious jokers, although terrorists do make hoax calls with the intent of causing alarm and disruption. Any hoax is a crime and, no matter how ridiculous or unconvincing, must be reported to the police.

We have created a Bomb Threat Checklist which is designed to help you and your staff to deal with a telephoned bomb threat effectively and to record the necessary information.
