New Quality Team Commit to Continual Improvement in Leicestershire...

Over the past few weeks, you would have read about the new Quality Team putting plans in place ahead of this year’s moderation and quality visits. As part of the planning, it was essential the team received the necessary CPD and support to ensure they were 100% clear on their roles, responsibilities but most importantly their own development needs.

On Monday 19th October Andy Heald and the team embarked on a journey into the lovely Leicestershire countryside to Garlands Leisure where the guys took part in some Myers Briggs personality testing. We soon identified the key strengths of the team and also areas in which we could all develop at the same time. During the process, we certainly ensured #CV1 was achieved!

Last Wednesday we had a mixture of over 30 Activity Professionals and Area Leads join Andy’s monthly LIVE Webinar that focused on strategies to ensure we are creating wonderfully enjoyable experiences. Specifically at strategies to improve and set standards for behaviour and performance of children in all the activities we deliver.

Holiday course bookings are off the scale!

At Premier HQ we have noticed a HUGGEE increase in holiday course bookings for a particular campaign that is being run. A couple of franchisees have used their initiative and come up with a 50% discount code which is valid for a limited time only however it is able to be used for their holiday courses over the full year.

This is the clever bit, it’s not a 50% discount at all, all they have done is increase their course price to reflect the 50% discount... smart hey?

Going for Gold Wealth Creation day

“WELL DONE to all those who attended the Going for Gold Wealth Creation day on Monday at St George’s Park. WELL DONE, because not only did we have a near on 100% attendance for those invited, but some franchisees took ACTION and asked if they could attend anyway.

Further to this, you had to QUALIFY for the event before receiving your ‘Golden Ticket’ by taking the time to complete a business audit, and again - we had 100% of those back.

This really helps to ensure we can provide YOUR business with the support required to take you to the next level of your Going for Gold journey.”
