National Press Opportunity Not To Be Missed!

With our academic research into childhood inactivity consistently making the headlines again this year, we’ve been approached for another national press opportunity - and this time, it could be your franchise in the spotlight.

Do you know a child that’s attended your courses and made a significant improvement with their; weight, attainment, attitude/behaviour, or general wellbeing? Do you have a parent that has joined in on any of your activities, such as The Golden Mile, and has seen a significant positive difference in their child?

We have a national newspaper with a readership of millions, looking to run a feature with four case studies showing the huge impact Premier has on making healthy differences to children's and families lives.

This press opportunity gives you the chance to extend your reach at a local level, as well as gain national exposure for the fantastic work we do with young people all over the country.

If you have a child / parent in mind that would be perfect for this opportunity, then please send us the name of the child and parent to [email protected] by Thursday 12th January.

The deadline on this is tight so please provide the information as soon as you can and we will do the rest...

Thanks in advance.

New Year, New Standards

Happy New Year guys - New Year, New Standards - you may have seen the recent parliamentary debate that I posted on the Facebook forum and you have no doubt seen all the recent hype around physical activity and engaging children to be physically active and lead healthy and active lifestyles.

With this in mind, it is imperative that we set standards not only from a delivery context but also as leaders and professionals to support and inspire schools by setting standards for PE, Sport and Physical Activity and celebrating and sharing the impact this has.

I hope you enjoy the VBlog, I will also be hosting a Webinar on this topic where we will delve deeper into how first and foremost we can set high standards from a delivery perspective, touching on elements of behaviour management, we will also be looking into the functionalities of the school portal and how our GREAT Activity Professionals use this AMAZING resource to set standards and share impact, finally I will also be given you all a sneak peek at the NEW online MODULE 2 ACTIVITY PROFESSIONAL induction.

I can’t wait to share these strategies and resources with you!

To register click on the link below - see you all soon.

Gareth Simpson Hits the 40 Performing Arts Extracurricular Mark! WOW!

Gareth’s business has recently hit the 40 extracurricular club mark just in Performing Arts activities! Totalling approximately £69,120 worth of income!

Gareth explains how he’s done it...
“They’re all parent paid, and I have used the advice Frankie has given me around yearly themes and topics, sharing good practice, teacher/school recommendations and linking in with school events. I also have some great staff, one of which has just scored outstanding on her recent observation.

The curriculum performing arts work is also going really well, with schools finding that teachers are using the pupil resource booklets supplied by PPA, to bring their study to life in lessons which is helping some of the children who struggle with literacy in class.”

Massive Congratulations Gareth! Keep up the amazing work!
