Holiday Strategy Support Feedback...

Following Frankie’s recent Holiday Course strategy support webinars, we have some fantastic feedback and we just wanted to share some with you all...

‘The holiday course strategy meeting we had with Frankie was really helpful, working with someone who has been there and done it for herself in her own franchises was great. We had tried lots of the things discussed, but the meeting was a great chance to find out some new things and create a clearer strategy on how to effectively drive numbers up across our camps.

The 12 month plan that Frankie discussed in detail is something we will take into our company and use straight away and I am certain it will have a big impact. We will be able to not only save money through better targeted strategies, but we will also be able to save time, the most valuable thing of all!

£125,000 Sales Target in a WEEK!

Having supported our franchisees now for several years, Glenn Hoy from TIME associates is fully aware, and prepared, that this time of year is crucial within the sales process for franchisees growing their business and securing contracts for the next academic year.

To that end, he has laid down the gauntlet to his own staff, displaying CV9 ‘Remain above the line at all times’ and challenged them not only to secure 50 meetings in WC 18th April but also to convert a minimum of 25 into sales with an average value of £5,000 - meaning a grand total of £125,000 for the week.

The only things you need to do are:

  1. Ensure you are booking and attending sales meetings

This will help us to help you but also add an enormous sense of satisfaction to Glenn’s team who can then see the positive impact & contribution they are having with your business.

4% Increase in National ‘Living Wage’ - Do You Comply?

The National Living Wage increased on 1st April 2017 from £7.20 to £7.50 for over 25s - an increase of 4%!

This is a government directive, you can find out more about the various increases and who they affect here.

We recommend that you pay Activity Professionals MORE than the national Living wage as you want to recruit, train and deploy ‘Activity PROFESSIONALS’. Depending on which part of the country you live we would expect a full-time Activity Professional (37.5 hrs) to earn between £17,500 - £22,500 PA.

This means you must price your sessions accordingly and use a LEAN company infrastructure to reduce waste within it and therefore, unnecessary jobs such as admin - An activity PROFESSIONAL should be able to do their own admin. If this saves £12,000 per year you can use this to contribute towards what you pay your Activity Professionals.
