Don’t worry, if you had your eye on one of the 4 awesome packs, you can still get your hands on them – and now at a discounted rate. They’re up to 10% cheaper than purchasing the items individually, meaning you get even more for your money!

And if you’ve already grabbed yourself a pack, you’ll be rewarded with a generous voucher for the Premier Store. Keep an eye out for the email with your voucher code enclosed.

To better highlight the fit for the New Balance kit for both men and women’s sizes, please refer to the size guide below. If you have any questions regarding sizing email Will Baker.

Whilst our range of clothing is unisex, we are looking to add garments to the collection in ladies specific sizing. These items would include things like leggings, vests and more!

The pre-order window for our range of unisex New Balance clothing will be closing on November 5th.

This gives you three weeks to get your orders finalised, ensuring that your AP’s will be looking smarter than ever once shipping begins in January.

Activity Professional Delivery Standardisation and Support Days

Why have these days been created?

Based on the feedback nationally from our network of over 1,200 Activity Professionals, feedback from our RQM’s (Regional Quality Managers) and national review we have created a series of regional Activity Professional CPD events to support the standardisation for practical delivery and raise standards throughout next academic year.

What are the benefits to you and your Activity Professionals?

A fantastic opportunity to raise the standards of your Activity Professionals to network, exchange ideas at the same time as ‘having fun and giving joy’ with the practical competition element that will be bolted on the end of each event.

What is the first day all about?

Day 1 - Effective Behaviour Management

Behaviour management is a critical element when it comes to delivering high quality lessons that are enjoyable and impactful for both the children and Activity Professionals. On the day, you will learn about how effective positive behaviour management and learning behaviours and how these strategies can impact on our productivity and effectiveness in lessons and sessions. The day will be delivered through a mixture of practical and theory based sessions utilising Invasion Games as the vehicle.

How Much Does It Cost?

There are 3 options to choose from, these are...

  • Option 1 - Individual booking = £30 + VAT
  • Option 2 - Group booking for up to 10 AP’s to all attend on one day = £150 + VAT *Just £15 per person (Please email Dan Grigg to book this option)
  • Option 3 - Group booking for all 6 days for up to 10 AP’s each day = £650 + VAT *Just £12.50 per person (Please email Dan Grigg to book this option)

Core Value 5 - Build a positive team and family spirit - Franchisees can share these places if required.

More opportunities for you to earn this Christmas!

With Christmas approaching – dare we say it, it’s the perfect opportunity for you to market your camps and look at additional areas that you can add revenue to your business. With Saturday’s being the optimum time for parents to shop, it’s an ideal time for you to entertain their children!

Why not run a ‘Santa’s Workshop’ for 4-7 year olds in a city central location, from 9-12pm every Saturday of December!

It’s a perfect opportunity for you to gain new customers, build existing customer relationships and earn some additional pennies. We will be releasing the Christmas camp planners in the next week or so, keep your eyes peeled!

Premier Camps - They’re LIVE!

Introduction

As the first product ever launched by Premier, our holiday activities have been successfully providing hundreds of thousands of children and parents with an enjoyable active holiday since 1999.

Ran effectively, holiday camps can contribute up to 25% of your annual turnover, to achieve this they must be planned and resourced correctly.

Recent research carried out by Premier Sport and UKactive showed that children lose 80% of their fitness levels during the summer holidays due to ‘inactivity and sedentary lifestyles’.

Latest statistics show that children’s fitness is declining by 9% every decade and that obesity is becoming a global epidemic, including fears that 90% of today’s children will be obese by 2050.

Benefits for YOU

  • Increase average parent spend
  • Maximise revenue streams by creating a ‘super camp’ brand
  • Deliver WOW on the Premier parent journey
  • Increase Premier brand awareness
  • Increased profitability
  • Regular workflow for staff throughout the year

Benefits to parents

  • Childcare for working parents
  • Increased health for their child
  • Improved independence and social skills
  • Improved mental health and self-discipline
  • Their child has loads of fun

Premier Camps has two age group programmes:

  • Explore & Play – 4-7 years*

*Under 5’s cannot attend for longer than 4 hours per day UNLESS your venue is Ofsted registered.

    • A WOW marketing pack, which will include signage for venue, leaflets and more.

To get the most out of Premier Camps, it is recommended that you follow the below structure.

This is to maximise revenue for all brands, including Premier Sport, Premier Arts and Premier Wellbeing. It’s also for parent’s convenience, by offering a full days’ worth of activities, it runs in line with a normal working day and therefore increases your customer loyalty and retention.

The above can be adapted if you only have Premier Sport available to you.

Explore & Play - 4-7 Years

The world is their oyster to go explore...

Explore & Play Camps are the perfect opportunity little ones to use their imaginations to explore the world around them.

With the child in mind, we have developed a unique and carefully paced programme to support not only each child’s development both mentally and physically, but also to develop creativity, confidence and coordination.

Deliver ‘WOW’ With Every Interaction...

Pre-Camp

Annual Marketing Plan

Half-Termly Themed Marketing Plan

Merchandise Packs For Sales:

‘Snack Stop’ - Fruit of the week idea for children to try new exotic fruits

This will provide children and parents with fresh fruit / veg / healthy snacks on arrival to promote wellbeing. Ideas include:

  • Bananas
  • Apples
  • Tangerines
  • Cucumber
  • Carrot sticks
  • Fruit of the week – Kiwi/Pineapple/Mango/Melon

(Always check the register for allergies and medic conditions)

Activity Professionals should be encouraging to set the scene...

Play themed songs each morning upon registration, and at the end of the day when they leave. Playlists will be included in your Premier Camps marketing packs, these will be themed for each camp.

It would also be advised that you invest in easily transportable and collapsible props that can be used to decorate the entrance hall/venue for their selected Camps. To deliver WOW and demonstrate value to the parents. Props should consider the age of the audience and could include the following example for Halloween:

  • Carved Pumpkins
  • Spider Wet Nets
  • Toy Bats hanging from ceiling
  • Witches Hats
  • Broomsticks

Post Camp

Now it’s time to win loyalty and gain customer retention, every effort should be made to turn these one-time customers into repeat business. Remember it’s easier to get current customers who’ve had a positive experience to invest more, than to win new customers.

  • Follow up email at the completion of the course – Thanking them for booking ‘JOE’ onto the Witches and Wizard’s course – We hope they have a brilliant time with us etc. CTA to submit a testimonial > Testimonial linked to competition. Select one for discounted place next time.
  • Communicate upcoming courses with benefits to their child and the parent.
  • Communicate general good news stories of your franchise – Not a sales piece. This is an opportunity for you to show your value to the community. You’re not just a camp provider. You have impacted this local school BECAUSE... THIS IS WHAT WE DID for this local football club etc.
  • Show how your franchise is helping children to get active and tackling obesity and inactivity levels in your local area.
  • Offer discounts to repeat customers. Reward their loyalty.

Knowledge is power!
