How to effectively implement our fencing campaign...

Our challenge for this academic year is to increase the number of active schools by 1,000. We’re here to provide you with support in achieving this with the help of our national campaigns.

In order to achieve this KPI, we are focusing on the wonderful sport that is fencing. This is following our partnership with British Fencing, in which we became their ‘Official Delivery Partner in Primary Education’.

Don’t delay, grow your business today

Here is the process:

  1. Read and familiarise yourself with the six central emails that will be going out to schools across the UK
  2. Create a sales and marketing campaign using the template provided
  3. Send the appropriate template email to new, lapsed and current schools, and follow the remainder of the Project Plan accordingly; this will help ensure you don’t forget to do anything
  4. Schedule all the posts that can be found in the Social Media Planner
  5. When HQ send you through an enquiry from a school in your area, send the relevant template email and follow the school sales example

A FREE fencing taster session will be available to EVERY school that hasn’t experienced fencing through Premier before. On top of this, a FREE Fit-Trition session will be available to parents and teachers for schools in Premier Wellbeing territories.

Show schools why you are IRREPLACABLE through FREE taster sessions. Up-sell services the school doesn’t currently offer and demonstrate why Premier are the perfect solution to their school’s needs. Even if you already work within the school, showcase a new offering or cross-promote activities to reduce your wastage.

We will be sending out six email campaigns centrally to schools; however, it is imperative that you do the same with the email templates provided. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us. We are happy to help!

Activity Professionals Are Raising The Standards Use of Assessment in Lessons Training

Partnerships Update

Thank you to those who joined Jane Hannah on the recent CSP Go To updates, as mentioned on these there have been a number of exciting conversations with National Governing Bodies recently and we wanted to invite you all to join a Go To with Jane and BaseballSoftballUK on 11th December at 11am for an hour to get your input into this partnership.

We have been exploring two options with BSUK, one is to broaden your sporting offer and get more kids playing through our schools programmes. We have also been discussing the opportunity of running company/workplace softball leagues under the BaseballSoftballUK brand.

Chris Rawlings, Head of Development at BaseballSoftballUK has offered to talk us through the opportunity, explaining what the current demand by companies and workplaces is and we can then explore if this is something you would be interested in running within your territories. It is a great opportunity to fill dead space in the evenings over the summer and also to build your relationships with local businesses.

BACs on track... Premier Payments!

We have had a large volume of BACS payments and manual invoices this month, which require reconciliation.

This is now up to date, but an error in the process was identified and now been resolved, however there are couple of areas we still need to work on together.

  • Please, please remind schools when making their payment to send a remittance.
  • If you chase a school for payment personally and they say they have paid by BACS, please ask if they have supplied a remittance and if not - get some detail.
  • All schools have been written to as a reminder of this, which is fairly standard, but when payment goes off to a council or an Academy Trust and they do not supply this remittance, we are sometimes having to cross reference every school in their chain / county to match with invoices raised on the BMS.
  • The above has led to payment turnaround time this month increasing from 7-10 days to 14-16, so do keep influencing.
  • Payments are still receipted 3 or 4 times per working week. This means it should update on BMS that regularly, so keep checking for outstanding invoices due.
  • We are still doing two payment runs per week. (With exception of one week due to illness)

We will do some more central comms in the near future but any relationships that you have individually will help.
