This year we have listened to your feedback and we are hosting several different breakout sessions over the two-day event.
These bespoke breakout sessions have been created with your business in mind, focusing on Operations, Landscape, Growth, Customer Service, Marketing and Customer Retention.

There is availability to book on all courses on a first come first serve basis to benefit a range of staff members. The sections are broken into subcategories:
Day 1: Futureproof - Landscape, Operations, Growth
Day 2: Sustainability & customer service - Customer Service, Marketing, Retention

The courses will be based at Premier HQ and running over the 15th and 16th February 2018.

The closing date for the National Training Event Awards Dinner booking deadline has been extended, we understand Christmas is an expensive time so please can all bookings be made by the 5th January 2018 – Lots of spaces have already been reserved so don’t miss out on yours!
Tickets are £50 per person which includes:
- Reception drinks and canapes
- Three course meal and wine on the table
- Fantastic awards and prizes
- Live entertainment and more
The event will be held at Dunston Hall from 6pm.

February Camp Invitations Out Now...
The invitation DL’s for Explore & Play and Action & Adventure February Camps are now available on the shop!
- Explore & Play (4-7) Animal Adventures
- Action & Adventure (8-12) Treasure Trackers
These will be printed and ready for dispatch on Monday 18th December, and the bespoke February Camp literature will follow shortly, along with the banners and social media templates.

Partnerships and Train with Premier Update
We are now at the exciting stage with many National Governing Bodies where we are looking at firming up partnerships. The response so far that we have received has been fantastic and thank you to everyone who has instigated local discussions with NGB’s. Many of the partnerships will involve training and this is where we now need your help so that we can identify demand and prioritise the sports we are working with. This will then allow you locally to train more AP’s in the sports which are going to maximise your growth locally.
