Adam’s home town is Paighton in Devon and has recently moved to Yorkshire so that he can launch his Premier Sport franchise in the Castleford territory.  It is evident that Adam is an ambitious individual as he has achieved great success to date and can easily demonstrate his passion for getting children active.

Are you aware of the changes to national minimum wage with effect from 1st October 2014:

• £6.50 aged 21 and over
• £5.13 aged 18 - 20
• £3.79 aged under 18 but above compulsory school age
• £2.73 for apprentices

It’s always good to have some other data to compare against other than your own performance over time. For example, a franchisee that has been operating for over 5 years may be really happy that they are turning over £95,000 per year but how would they feel if they knew this was just HALF of the national average for franchisees operating for the same length of time? Would this change your approach and strategy to growth?
