It’s raining golden nuggets...

With the recent introduction of the Golden Mile WhatsApp group, we have seen numerous success stories over the last week that will undoubtedly have a huge impact on the network, which is fantastic.

Golden Mile Director Karl Fox comments: “Not only have these good news stories been shared, there has been some completely different angles of approach highlighted when accessing schools. Some of which have generate immediate income meaning these stories are invaluable for continual improvement across the Golden Mile network.”

It’s vital that these stories are not just shared with the network, but captured on video and shared with customers to spread the WOW factor. The Golden Mile National School Sport Week competition has been designed to support licensees in doing exactly that, so maximise this opportunity.

One example is this video from Essex franchisee, Chris Pipe who’s talking about his successes with Golden Mile fundraising. Great Work!!

Introducing Premier Achievers

Premier Performing Arts is delighted to introduce the ‘Premier Achievers’ programme to our network of licensees. The new programme is another way to engage with your schools offering them a unique way to creatively engage with students who may be struggling within their existing learning environment. Through the use of expression, ‘Premier Achievers’ will provide a safe, non-judgemental environment that children and young adults will feel able to take risks and make mistakes allowing them to conquer key barriers to learning.

Through the use of ideas and interests of the student, along with the skills and expertise of our Activity Professionals, we will be able to raise the attainment levels of underachieving students.

Check out the new ‘Premier Achievers’ logo (above) and certificate example.

Guidance notes for this programme are located on the resource section of the BMS along with specialist certificates that can be found through the online shop.

Introducing Akin Akinbobola

We welcome Akin to the Premier Sport network this month as he launches his franchise in the Wolverhampton territory. Wolverhampton is a part of the world he knows well as, over the last nine years, he has been teaching in a local secondary school. He enjoyed the challenging role of Head of Department (ICT) as well as a KS3 leader.

Before becoming a teacher, Akin demonstrated his natural ability to inspire children by being a Social Worker working with disadvantaged children. This natural skill and passion can be further demonstrated with Akin being a volunteer for the Youth Offending Service ensuring that disillusioned children did not offend.

This particular video was recorded by a franchisee over 200 miles away but still has the same positive impact!

Irongate shop - phase two

Phase two is in process and will be completed soon. This will then enable leaflets to be customised for overprinting by Irongate and delivered ready for instant use and distribution.

We have invested many hours in rebuilding our artwork to make it better suited for the new shop. This will allow full customisation of materials for greater local relevancy and to offer instant proofs and artwork files.

Our next step is to develop a wider range of more flexible templates with greater levels of customisation and personalisation for greater effect and more impact.

TIME’s four step process to making your appointments

Glenn Hoy and TIME Associates have been working with us since 2010 and in that time have generated over 1500 appointments for the network.

As well as the appointment making service that TIME offer, Glenn is a co-author of our new Sales Manual, assisted with the revised Induction Programme, undertakes sales training and works with individual business owners with sales planning, mentoring and delivery.

Glenn’s parting message is that, although we are already into June, there is still lots of business to be had between now and mid-July.

Contact him if you want to find out more about how to get more appointments with schools.
