Holiday course booking trends – are you disappointing your customers?

Business partners, Dave and Nick Shirley operate a very successful holiday course programme, averaging over 100 children per day over the summer. Why? They have all their courses uploaded to the BMS a whole year in advance. The great news for them is they already have over 30 children booked and paid onto October Half-Term courses.

Are your October Half-Term courses online and available for your parents to book?

Alarmingly across the network, the majority of courses are not uploaded onto the system soon enough!

Your customers need to know availability early so please don’t disappoint them!
