How do you motivate your staff? Send us a quick vid...

A couple of weeks ago we shared an article about the average earnings for a sports instructor being £17k per year. We’d like to again reinforce the importance and value of looking after staff to ensure a positive workforce.

We found this article which is well worth a read.

One thing is certain (and I’m sure you’ll agree), the costs of recruitment, replacing staff and dealing with customer complaints are much higher and more damaging to your business!

What fun and motivational perks do you offer staff? Please share them with us via a short video so we can tell all in next week’s newsletter.

To enable you to pay staff what they deserve, you must get your pricing right and deliver all available Inspire products so that staff are working 37 hrs per week, all year round!
