Learn how to assess accurately and effectively...

Last year we launched moderation visits for all PEG businesses. These visits received an astounding response from businesses owners, assessors and Activity Professionals. The information we gathered enabling us to improve and develop network support.

The moderation visits supported you to build a positive team of Activity Professionals through assessment, action planning and reviewing thus helping to nurture strong relationships through excellent communication (CV 7) with schools and positively impact on children.

As part of our commitment to continual improvement, we are pleased that moderation visits will continue this year, with every Premier business receiving a visit.

Improving network communication and reducing waiting time

We’ve reduced the number of ‘official’ network meetings from five per year to three per year due to the introduction of weekly Operational online Q&A calls.

The weekly GoToMeeting cuts down any waiting time for franchisees that have any questions or queries for HQ.

In addition, we’ll be adding some differentiated support days such as the recent 100 club B2B day and an upcoming ‘Business Booster’ day (see article below) to the calendar, meaning you’ll have the opportunity to meet similar sized businesses throughout the network.

The network meetings will take place...

Business Booster B2B event – Lea Marston Hotel, Tues 8th Dec

As mentioned in the recent newsletters, we’ll be offering some differentiated support and Business2Business networking days for franchisees. These started with the recent 100 Club event which was a real success. The next event will be a ‘Business Booster’ event for any franchisees that are building towards 100 Clubs status.

Due to the success of the last event and the feedback from franchisees, we’ve decided to repeat the format and include the same speakers, who’ll help you achieve your goals of reaching the 100 Club. You will have seen the number of ‘outstanding ideas’ that we’ve shared from the last event, all of which are helping franchisees to implement growth and expansion strategies.

The Golden Mile scoops double award at 100 Club B2B event

Following the recent 100 Club B2B event, it was no surprise that two of our top performing franchises were awarded by not one but two Golden Mile impact and achievement awards.

The two awards went to Ross Catchpole (see video) & Elliot Anderson for engaging a high number of schools by utilising the Golden Mile & Base Line Measurements. Even more pleasing is the realisation for some licensees after seeing the impact first hand and their eagerness to start replicating the processes.

As sharing is caring, Director Karl Fox would like to invite you to a GoToMeeting with Ross Catchpole on Monday 16th November at 10:00am where you can hear how Ross accessed 54 paying schools from scratch as well as asking him any questions in order for you to replicate his success.

Please email [email protected] to book your place.

More great news, Karl Fox is developing our exciting new physical activity brand... Golden Mile is going through a Transition, watch this space!
