Setting High Expectations - New Year, New Challenges

We’ve now had a full term and should have a good understanding of the schools we work in and the standards all the children are performing at. It’s essential that we have a clear understanding on how we now reenergise all the schools and children and start setting high expectations and measuring impact of the work we’re doing.

The purpose of this webinar is to discuss and look at strategies around how you can ensure we’re challenging all children to set the highest expectations possible.

December’s Parent Newsletter Generates £2500+

The monthly Parent newsletter continues to drive your parent members to book onto Inspire to Engage and Extracurricular activities. Following December’s newsletter, we’re pleased to announce it generated over £2500 on your behalf.

Here’s a snapshot of the Google Analytics data from last month –

  • 1764 clicked through to the Family Portal
  • 678 unique users logged into the Family Portal
  • 597 searched for an activity
  • 108 bookings confirmed
  • £2553.12 generated (based on average spend in December).

You may notice 597 people searched for an activity but only 108 booked. This may be a result of your activities not being loaded to the BMS.

It’s crucial your activities are loaded well in advance of the next term / holiday break, giving parents plenty of time to book.

January’s newsletter has now been sent and will arrive in your customer’s inbox across the week. Please make sure all your activities are on the BMS and don’t miss the opportunity to make a sale!

FAQ. Do I need to run a Pay Per Click (PPC) campaign to run a successful Landing Page?

No, the main advantage of having a Landing Page is the flexibility. Your pages can be used to sell your products and services because the content is specifically designed to get your visitors to take an action. The Landing Pages also allow you to continue marketing your activities to your customers via email, phone calls, or social media, influence them to buy from you and not from competitors.

Work Smarter Not Harder

By investing a little time, effort and money (working smarter) to inspire and motivate existing staff, you’ll save yourself a lot of the hassle and headaches that come with replacing staff, which we know costs thousands and can impact upon your relationships with customers.

What simple, quirky things can you do, that links to our Core Values?

Here’s a couple of ideas that may help you.

Operations Director, and franchisee, Danny Melling shared this link with his team leaders and purchased each of them the book / audiobook.

This has motivated and inspired Danny’s team leaders but more importantly, he knows they will use these strategies to motivate others in the team. This is a fine example of ‘working smarter, not harder’, simply achieved by buying five books for his team leaders - communicating once to five people has resulted in motivating over 30 people.
