Want to Join Our Marketing Team? Apply Now!

Following the recent Smith & Henderson Survey, we’re pleased to note the Marketing Support benchmark score has improved by 21% - the biggest positive increase across all the categories.

We’re obviously pleased with the feedback and its testament to the hard work the team have done over the past 12 months to develop this very important area of the business. We also believe the improved communications between head office support and the network has also had a positive impact. But despite the positive result, we still believe there is more work to be done and marketing still seems to be a key area where franchisees require additional training and support, which we recognise and we want to address.

There are a number of opportunities we believe can be implemented very quickly to get this process moving:

A Manifesto for Physical Activity in Early Years

The British Heart Foundation National Centre for Physical Activity and Health (BHFNC) and its Early Years Advisory Group have launched The Best Start in Life – A manifesto for physical activity in the early years to ensure that every child has access to high quality physical activity opportunities from birth.

Currently 91% of 2-4 year olds do not meet the UK physical activity guidelines for their age group of three hours per day. This means that they are missing out on opportunities for optimal growth and development and to establish healthy behaviours.

Business Boost Review

After a successful week of Premier Performing Arts Business Boost reviews, Frankie Worthington would like to share some Licensee feedback with you...

“I had my Business Boost meeting on Monday with Frankie, during which we discussed how to convert meetings in to actual sales, which was an area that we were struggling with. After discussing my presentation, being more assertive and prepared for the meetings, I came away feeling more confident and ready to take action.

I had a prearranged appointment with a school that I have been trying to work with for the last two and a half years, so I needed to go in confident that we had a good product and one that could help them. After 15 minutes or so they suddenly asked if we could help them with their year 6 end of year performance. Although it is not curriculum or clubs just yet, this performance is a big deal in the school and we will be responsible for the choreography for the show. This is an excellent way to get our foot in the door and one that I don’t think we would have achieved had I not been prepared and more confident with my presentation. The booster meeting really did help to focus my mind on what I we wanting to achieve.” Jan Miller, Franchisees & Licensee, Swindon

Good Luck Jasmine

It is with a heavy heart we have to say goodbye to Marketing Executive, Jasmine Gale as she returns home to Australia to further her career.

During her time with us, Jas has been an influential member of the team, building her experience in social media management, key brand partnerships as well as assisting you with all your marketing needs.

Jas’ final day working for Premier Education is Friday 29th January. I hope you will join us in wishing her well for the future.

We’ve already set to work interviewing candidates for Jasmine’s replacement, so we’ll keep you posted on developments.

It’s School Budget Season - Time To Sell

The spring term is the best time of year to generate new business as school leaders are reviewing provision and spend for the following academic year. Not selling during this time will have a catastrophic affect on your business. If you don’t take these opportunities, your competition will!

Are you implementing a thorough sales strategy and ensuring you have the capacity to get out there to meet schools and sell? More importantly, do you have qualified Activity Professionals ready to be deployed? New sales won’t come to you....

The network experienced very impressive growth during the autumn term as the stats in the “Read More” section suggest. If you believe you have the opportunity to grow your business you are correct. You just need to get out there and make it happen!
