Schools must evidence their School Sport Premium...
The Association of PE (AfPE) tweeted this week the need for schools to evidence via their website how they are spending their school sport premium money.
The deadline to do this is the 4th April and for those schools that haven't yet signed up to our new schools portal then please contact us, as over the next few weeks this service will be available to you via your schools personal dashboard.
The set up and process to do this is really simple and will save you time, money, and more importantly ensure you are meeting Sport Premium requirements.
You can find out more about the schools portal and how it will support and evidence your school PE and sport by visiting our website, and if you're not signed up then please do contact us.
Assessments are key to ensuring your provision is consistent and of exceptional quality
With a plethora of options available to schools, there is always a question of which provider is the right for you. As an organisation who has worked closely with schools for over 14years we’re acutely aware of the need to deliver a consistent, quality service.
In this school year alone we have already carried out over 500 assessments on our staff providing valuable feedback, recognising good practice and implementing work plans on areas to improve.

Inactivity remains high on the agenda
Our partners at ukactive recently published a report ‘Turning the tide of inactivity’, which provides a stark reminder that more needs to be done to improve the health and physical activity of young people.
As providers of sport and physical activity, we understand the barriers and obstacles there are to engaging with the disengaged, and we actively target those pupils that aren’t considered ‘sporty’. And whilst there is still lots more to be done, a pleasing trend we’ve seen, is the rise in children attending our PLAY Active clubs, which specifically target those that may not always engage in traditional sporting activity.
