Have you heard about our health and well-being services?
Is your pupils’ health, physical and mental well-being at the top of your agenda? With Ofsted now recognising the impact your school has on your pupils’ well-being there is no better time to ensure they know how to look after themselves.
Premier Transition aims to inspire healthy changes that have a positive impact on the lives of children, parents and the wider community. We understand that telling a child to eat 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day is not enough to change their eating habits and we realise that asking a child to drink 6-8 cups of water a day won’t prevent dehydration. Premier Transition programmes don’t just provide children with the facts; they inspire and develop a ‘whole school approach’ which extends out to school caterers, teachers, parents, friends and families.

Play-Trition is a play-based learning resource developed around the principles of the EYFS, supporting young children to begin to understand and make healthy lifestyle choices.
Two 6 week programmes based around our Play-Trition characters Joe & Emma, children experience and explore foods, find out where they come from and learn what’s healthy (and what’s not!). They’ll discover what’s how what you eat affects your body.

Premier Transition programmes also support schools in delivering on the health and well-being agenda which over time will lead to better pupil behaviour, attendance and improved academic achievement.
