New Social Media Guidance

Social Media, digital engagement and interaction, is and has been for a number of years the fastest growing medium used by organisations to communicate their products and services. There are significant benefits to using these mediums if the activity is executed well. There are also pitfalls and there are many examples of where companies have got it wrong. Premier Sport is continuing to develop its own social media strategy to ensure that the objectives of the company are met and we are getting the best ROI on any output we present to customers.

To help support the national objectives, we have developed a series of guidance notes for you to use and adhere to when using social media and referencing the Premier Sport brand.

If you have any questions regarding these please contact [email protected]

PR Still Underused

There has always been a growing frustration that within franchised territories we are not utilising PR enough to generate interest in your businesses. The work that you do and the service that you provide might not seem newsworthy to you but you’d be surprised! Many local publications will cover events that you deliver and as a free way of generating awareness, it really is a powerful marketing tool.

If you would like advice on how to maximise the potential of PR in your area please email [email protected]

Premier Education Group

As highlighted at the training event in April, Premier Sport and its associated businesses will sit within the Premier Education Group, a parent brand which serves to deliver opportunities to stakeholders through its associated businesses. Companies currently within the group include Premier Sport, Premier Performing Arts and the Golden Mile.

We will be providing you with guidance about the group and how you position it with schools and parents in the new school year.

Change 4 Life

As we continue our support of Change4Life and the department of Health we will be sending out a number of resources for you to use and give out to your customers over the Summer. Our support is part of the C4L 'Get Going This Summer' campaign which is publicised through various channels. We will also be supporting their back to school project from September and we will provide you with details of that in shortly.
