Record-Breaking Week for Time Associates

Congratulations to the Time Associates team for smashing their previous record last week for the most meetings gained in a week, arranging a whopping 85 meetings on your behalf.

If 70% of these are converted into paid work at the current national average school spend of £6,000 per year, you guys will earn an additional £357,000! Not stopping there, the telesales team have quickly set themselves a new target of 100 meetings in a week!

Remember: The only job of Time associates is to secure appointments. Therefore it’s your responsibility to secure a sale.

Core Value #1 – Be Happy, Have Fun and Give Joy

This week we are focusing on Core Value #1 – be happy, have fun and give joy. We’ve been happy, having fun and spreading the joy at Premier HQ this week, with the set up of our new “WOW” committee! The committee is made up of one person from each department here at head office, and we all get together once a month to discuss improvements we can make around the office or to the business, which will benefit our stakeholders – including franchisees! Most importantly, it’s all about creating a fun and positive atmosphere to work in.

So far, we have appointed a member of the WOW committee to be in charge of organising monthly staff social events, come up with ideas to improve our meeting facilities and staff areas, and have asked all members of HQ to come up with an “alternative job title”.

Proposals – It’s All About the Follow-Up...

How many times have you said to yourself or a colleague, ‘I don’t think that school is interested anymore, I’ve emailed twice and not heard anything back’?

Over the last few weeks we’ve discussed various sales techniques, including ‘sales proposals’, but are you missing out on the most important thing?

PPA Creative Director, Frankie was reading ‘7 things you can do to grow your business tomorrow’ and the penny dropped for her, it’s all in the follow-up!

“WOW” Us and WIN £250 - Send your Video by 9am Monday

Thanks for all your Core Value Challenge videos thus far this week. You have until 9am Monday to send yours through. If you missed the announcement last week, here it is again with all the details of how to WIN your Activity Professional £250...

The new Core Value Challenge is a great way for you to engage with your Activity Professionals. We’ve trialled this at Head Office and it’s great fun, builds team morale and inspires you to remain above the line at all times. We’ll start with Core Value #1 this week – Be happy, have fun and give joy.

So, here’s how it works and what you need to do...

  1. Create a WhatsApp group and add all of your Activity Professionals to it – name it something like “PEG Staff”
  2. Send a message (or video of yourself) to the group, stating the Core Value of the week (in this case, it’s week 1 so Core Value #1) and ask the Activity Professionals to each send you a video of themselves stating how they have met that Core Value that week. The cut off point is always Friday at 5pm. Videos must be no longer than 1 minute.
  3. Once your Activity Professionals have submitted their videos, you will need to pick ONE video that’s best and really stands out to you. Forward this ONE video to Gemma in our Marketing department via WhatsApp on 07964 631823 or via email [email protected] to put the Activity Professional forward for our weekly competition.
  4. HQ will then judge all the videos we receive and pick the top 3.
  5. The top 3 will be added to Facebook and Twitter for parents to vote on. The Activity Professional video with the most likes, favourites, etc will WIN £250!

The deadline for Activity Professionals to send their video to you is 5pm today and the deadline for you to forward the best ones on to us is 9am Monday 6th June. When we announce the overall winner, we will also give details of the next Core Value Challenge.

Time to be happy, have fun and give joy, everyone!!!

“My Personal Best” Initiative is Launched!

With English children’s fitness levels on a downward spiral (declining at a rate of 0.95% annually), Premier Sport have developed a brand new fitness initiative, backed by ukactive, to help combat this issue.

On Thursday 19th May, the initiative was launched at a North London school by Premier Sport and ukactive, accompanied by Duncan Goodhew MBE and GB athletes Romaine Bailey and Lee Shinkin.

Schools in Islington and Camden were given the chance to sign up to the brand new initiative, which involves four bleep tests over the space of a year, which will help to identify when children are most inactive.
