Does Your MP Know Who You Are?

Does your local MP know who you are and the positive impact you are having within their constituency? If not, why? How else are you going to get heard in parliament?

Do you share with them the key data around how many schools you work with, how many children have attended your activities and been physically active thanks to you and your staff, what your attendance percentages are for boys and girls and how many jobs you create locally? If not, why? This data is gold dust and should be celebrated.

Do they know how many children are actively running the Golden Mile every day and how many miles in total they have covered within their constituency? Do they know that last year Premier Sport kids ran around the world 31 times using Golden Mile? No? I can guarantee you they will know exactly how many schools are signed up to the ‘Daily Mile’!

The content will empower you locally to offer expert advice to schools and deliver a fit for purpose service - making you ‘irreplaceable’ within schools. It is also really important that you summarise this information and share with your staff so that they will fully understand WHY they are doing what they are doing and exactly WHY it is important to record ALL data into the BMS.

To support the network, we at HQ are going to be monitoring more closely the accuracy and regularity of franchisees inputting data into the system. We have noticed that there are still some (particularly school funded) extracurricular courses listed on the BMS that do not have participants registered to them! There are also franchises that have not delivered a holiday camp this academic year - despite our evidence to prove children lose 80% of fitness levels over the holiday period (summer). The franchisees with the best data, unsurprisingly, also have the biggest and best businesses with best reputations! It’s simple.

Don’t worry, we have you covered. We will be asking those franchisees who are not recording data, utilising the school portal in every single school (regardless of what activities they deliver) or not delivering holiday programmes, to visit HQ for training around the huge importance of all these things and help their understanding. The future is incredibly positive and exciting for everyone who simply follows the model!

P.s. This all needs to be factored in when you are pricing your provision to schools. We do not simply 'deliver' sessions, we are much more advanced than that. Therefore, you must cost this in accordingly so that you CAN afford to do it and still have the profit margin you budgeted.

International Dance Day is approaching... are you ready?

On Saturday 29th April, the U.K. will be celebrating International Dance Day, therefore it’s a fantastic opportunity for you to use as an opening to access schools. Premier Performing Arts have designed a series of resources to guide you through this process to ensure that it’s a winning campaign from start to finish.

Here’s what you need to do...

1. Send out the International Dance Day creative arts pass to either your active schools as an up-selling strategy or your inactive schools as a new sales strategy.
2. Keep a log of where you are sending so you can carry out a follow up process.
3. Book in the free session with the relevant school.
4. Use the planning documents and designed resources to deliver a WOW experience for all involved.
5. Close the sale!

Introducing - our brand new PEG email signature. Incorporating all of our brand logos, as well as our charitable arms, the Premier Foundation, into a slick and simple design. After feedback from franchisees, we also have included social icons which you can customise to send people to your own Premier Facebook/Twitter/Youtube and LinkedIn accounts.

Please update your signatures to the new version (download it here) - you can do this through Outlook by copying and pasting the signature. Please click here for some simple instructions.
