B11 Special Offer!

In order to help you ensure that you are IRREPLACEABLE to the schools you work within, we would like to provide you with a special offer that you can share with schools from B11 Education.

Premier purchased B11 Education Ltd with the aspiration to improve the quality of education available to young people across the UK - facilitated not only through our innovative Sport, Arts and Wellbeing programmes, but also through the provision of school improvement advice and expertise through B11 Education. Educational establishments should need to look no further than us for all of their developmental needs.

Here is an email template with a discount for Premier schools. We recommend that you distribute this email to the active schools in your area, by doing so, you will add additional value to the support you already provide your schools with.

If you have any questions at all then please feel free to contact Emily Francis.

Partnerships Update With Your Local County FA

There is an exciting opportunity for everyone to make links with their local County FA to support the roll out of the new SSE Wildcats Girls’ Football centres from the FA. This is a 3 year funded programme which was launched earlier this year. Each County FA has an annual target of the number of centres that they need to have established, there is an initial £900 set up fee available along with some balls! Weekly sessions are then charged at an affordable rate to the girls that attend, an exciting part which fits our offers is that there MUST be activity available for the parents as well, not necessarily football, so think Premier Wellbeing!

The process is that those who want to run centres contact their local County FA, the County FA will then assess you against the criteria and make the decision whether to open the application process to you. All of this is detailed here, we encourage you all to read thoroughly before making contact. We would also encourage a joint approach with your neighbouring franchisees to ensure we are making it simple for the County FA’s rather than the potential of 5/6 or even more individual franchisees making contact.

Key Things to Remember Before Making Contact

  • Read the document
  • Demonstrate how you meet all of the necessary criteria
  • Explain our work with parents
  • Explain about your footprint already in schools which demonstrates you have a target market to recruit girls from
  • Explain how you will link a Wildcat centre to an FA accredited club locally in the long term
  • Have a local conversation with your local franchisees (all county FA’s have produced a HotSpot sheet which will lead to the decision of where centres will be, so explore this with them)

Meanwhile, Jane Hannah will have a conversation nationally so that The FA understand where we can add value, we are hoping that this will be useful in the situation of some counties not reaching their targets. We have inside intel that it’s unlikely a County will be inundated with applicants so use this to your advantage.

A big thank you to Elliott Anderson for bringing this to our attention following a conversation in Northants.

Any questions feel free to ask Jane Hannah, 07776 445500 or [email protected].

To help better support you in promoting Winter Camps across your social media platforms, we have created some handy graphics that you can use to accompany your promotional Camp posts.

Moving forward...

We know that promoting your business through social media is vitally important, and we are committed to supporting you and ensuring you have templates available that align with the Premier brand. We are currently looking into software and processes that will allow us create templates centrally, with you as the franchisee, able to edit certain elements, which may include text and call to actions!

We are having a data cleanse!

Premier’s BMS will be undergoing a full data cleanse in early January 2018, this will include parents, pupils, venues and reports. In order for us to do this effectively and have little impact on the front-end systems – school and family portals, can you please ensure that ALL of your territory information is up to date, including your parents, pupils and school/venue information. The Christmas shut down is a perfect opportunity for you to do this!

The cut-off date to update information will be Monday 1st January 2018, after this point all ‘unusable’ data i.e. children with no names, gender etc will be removed.

If you have any questions on the above, please contact Frankie Worthington.

Thank you for your cooperation!

Wellbeing is a HIT at the Academies Show...

Wow, what a day we had Wednesday at the Academies Show! The organisers opened its doors at 9am to key stakeholders from across the UK...

With health and wellbeing being high on Government agenda and a key theme for the show itself, our core communication and objective was to promote our Wellbeing programme, and we were offering free health and wellbeing tasters for those attendees who displayed a genuine interest in the initiative.

It’s safe to say that Wellbeing was a hit with the stakeholders we engaged with on the day. We have generated over 70 leads, including school and nursery representatives, Governors, local councils, Department of Education and more!

To ensure you have the best chance of converting these leads, we will be following them all up directly and offering a free 15-minute consultation to each. Once we have a firm understanding of what their needs are, we will pass on the details with the evidence you need to convert!

Have we got them?

We’ve been delivering some early Christmas presents to you... have you got yours?

Hopefully you have all now received your Premier branded desk top calendars! These professional and multi-purpose branded calendars have easy peel monthly sheets, a handy notepad with highlighter tabs and a branded Premier pen. They are a great way to help keep the Premier brand front of mind for those that receive one!

You can use these calendars as a complimentary gift for schools after a meeting, to celebrate a new relationship or simply as a Christmas giveaway...

Give a gadget to an unprivileged child!

It’s almost #GivingTuesday! Do you have your fundraising plans in place?

#GivingTuesday started way back in 2014 in the UK, and now it is one of the fastest growing events in the social media calendar. This year, we are appealing to schools across the country to give a gadget, supporting our charitable partners, Premier Foundation!

We are asking schools and parents to collect their old gadgets, (phones, laptops and anything else they no longer use) and we will arrange for them to be collected and converted into vital donations.

All you need to do is collect the gadgets from schools in your territory and fill out a collection form from the fundraising pack.

OR tell us what the schools in your territory have collected, and where we need to collect the gadgets from.

Download the fundraising pack to get your promotional material and gadget collection forms!
