A ‘3 in 1’ combined qualification – backed by 1st 4 Sport, is being launched EXCLUSIVELY by Premier Sport. This saves you a total of £150 per learner (see article below).

Based on feedback from across the network, National Coach Training Development Officer (NCTDO), Andy Heald and the marketing team have created a new and more comprehensive video to support you with the BMS Planning Framework.

The aim of the video is to help you orientate the BMS and take you through the process of creating medium and short term plans. As well as this, the video will show you how a school views the Planning Framework via the Schools Portal.

We hope the video will ensure you are maximising the effectiveness of the Planning Framework and your delivery.

Last week the BMS generated 323 invoice reminders to your schools. These regular reminder emails are a contributing factor to 80% of schools paying YOU on time.

Following last week’s meeting between CEO David Batch and Shadow Health Secretary Andy Burnham MP, the MP has challenged Premier Sport to provide IMPACT data and EVIDENCE the great work we’ve done in schools over the past 18 months.

This week, one of the UK’s leading PE Specialists, Yvonne Gandy, has been reviewing the School’s Portal functionality and offering strategic educational advice that will keep you ahead of the competition.

After nearly two and half years of the Golden Mile license strategy, we’re still seeing well established franchisees joining the Golden Mile license network.

Just this week we’ve welcomed two new franchisees with another on his way. One of these franchisees has been in business for three years and the other for two years. We also have a year five franchisee within the due diligence stages.

Every new franchisee spends at least two days observing Premier Sport delivering activity sessions as part of their due diligence. This ensures they understand the value of our Inspire programme and what it feels like to inspire children through activity.

Designed and developed exclusively for Premier Education Group in association with 1st4sport, the new combined qualification merges all of the fundamental qualifications into one. At an exclusive cost of only £385 per learner, (saving of £150) this course offers both an efficient and cost effective way of gaining a first-rate qualification.

The new qualification includes -

• Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Learning in Physical Education and School Sport (QCF) aka PESSL2
• Level 2 Award in Multi-Skills Development in Sports (QCF)
• Level 2 Certificate in the Principles and Preparations for Coaching Sport (QCF)

The marketing team have invested 120 hours developing, testing, launching and updating the new online shop on your behalf, resulting in a 100% drop in reported technical and accessibility issues. We thank you for all your positive feedback so far!

It’s now time to start planning for the 2015 NTE taking place on Wednesday 11th & Thursday 12th February 2015 at the beautiful Dunston Hall hotel.

You should already be in discussions with your accountant to finalise your annual accounts. You must submit your accounts in the correct format to [email protected] before 30th November 2014.

In last week’s newsletter we spoke to Kate Maguire, Performing Arts Business Manager in Rugby (Warwickshire) following a FREE support day from our Creative Director, Frankie Worthington. This week we grabbed a word with the business owner, Matt Ewer following the support day -

”Frankie came to visit us following a period in which our Premier Performing Arts business had stood still. I was fully engaged in Premier Sport and Kate (my PPA business manager) wasn’t getting the support she required from me to make the business a success.

Based on feedback we’ve received from the network, we’ve created a NEW Christmas ‘Drop and Shop’ leaflet to help promote your Christmas holiday sports courses.

We hope the new leaflet will encourage parents/carers to drop the kids off at your sports course location before embarking on a day of Christmas shopping!

The new leaflets will be available on the online shop from 9am Monday.

To assist you with your cash flow, you can spread the cost over three payments for orders placed over £1000 on the online shop. To qualify for these flexible payment terms, the order must be on literature and clothing only.

There are still quite a few camp returns outstanding from October Half term. Don’t forget to submit your camp return form once your course has finished and any payments have been accounted for and uploaded onto the BMS.

Please email your form to Courtney so we can reconcile to the BMS and release any payment.
