DfE release guidance for evidencing the Impact of the Primary PE & Sport Premium
|
In 2013 the government announced that it was to provide additional funding of £150 million per annum for academic years 2013 to 2016 to improve provision of physical education (PE) and sport in primary schools in England - The Primary PE & Sport Premium.
In September this year, afPE and the YST was asked by the Department for Education to create a national template to aid Head teachers, Governors and teachers in evidencing the Impact of the Primary PE & Sport Premium.
|
National Quality Development Manager, Andy Heald has created a short video (click image) discussing this document and how we play our part in evidencing impact for headteachers.
We’ll also be sending a similar message to our partner schools and inactive schools soon.
