FAQ. Do I need to run a PPC campaign to run a successful Landing Page?

No, the main advantage of having a Landing Page is the flexibility. Your pages can be used to sell your products and services because the content is specifically designed to get your visitors to take an action. The Landing Pages also allow you to continue marketing your activities to your customers via email, phone calls, or social media, influence them to buy from you and not from competitors.

#NTE16 – Seizing Opportunity

For this year’s National Training Event we’re delighted to return to Dunston Hall in Norfolk on Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th February 2016.

The theme for this year is Seizing Opportunity, with this in mind; we’ve been working hard to develop a two day programme that brings a blend of shared internal good practise and external expertise. We’ll also review developments over the last 12 months, the current landscape for franchisees/licensees and a look at the year ahead.

You will receive your official invitation in early January to book onto the event. It’s mandatory for business owners to attend at a cost of £250 per person. However, as we are committed to the success of your business we are giving you two places for FREE if you complete your reservation by 5pm on Monday 1st February 2015.

After that date, all further bookings on this event will be charged at £250 per person. Remember, this is a mandatory event so book early to save unnecessary cost.

‘Marketing Support’ Big Movers in 2015 Smith & Henderson Survey

In the newsletter of the 4th, we told you the pleasing news we was one of only four franchisors to be awarded the prestigious ‘Continuous Improvement Award’ at this year’s Best Franchise Awards. An award we’ve now collected for the fourth year running.

The awards are based on the results of the Smith & Henderson Benchmark survey that you completed recently.

We’d like to highlight some specific areas within the survey which are particularly pleasing -

  • ‘Marketing Support’ was the biggest mover with an increase of 21% from last year’s survey and 3% above industry average.
  • ‘Communication’ was another pleasing area showing an increase of 16% from last year’s survey but still remains an area of focus, sitting just under industry average.

Reward Attendance on Your Activities

Given that we can now measure pupil’s attendance in both PE and extracurricular activities via the School Portal, you can now purchase exclusive ‘100% attendance’ certificates to reward those dedicated pupils. These can be awarded during reward assemblies, thus raising the profile of what you do whilst also inspiring other children to achieve this recognition.

Why not? Give out a special reward for any children who attend 100% all year.

The aim of this is to support impact and ‘improve children’s attitude towards PE’. You should be celebrating fantastic effort and measure the progress using the Schools Portal.

If There is No Struggle, There is No Progress

2015 has been the most successful year yet for Golden Mile licensees; it’s not always been easy but certain licensees have been relentless in their approach and smashed down barriers to pave the way for others to follow.

Implementing the correct structure and mastering resourcefulness has been the turning point for most licensees.

Karl Fox, Golden Mile Director comments; ‘I’m immensely proud of the licensees’ application this year.’
