Premier Traineeships

We are delighted to announce that Premier Education Group has now extended its partnership with our apprenticeship provider Creative Sport & Leisure to include traineeships.

Traineeships are a fantastic way to introduce 16-24 year olds into our industry, offering future career pathways after work experience placements.

Traineeships can be accessed in exactly the same way as apprenticeships through CSL. We have put all the information you will need in a Traineeship User Guide.

Download the guide here.

Skills & Compliance Director Steve Eastaugh will also be hosting an online Q&A webinar at 5pm on Wednesday 6th July 2016, please click here if you wish to enrol.

All the resources needed around traineeships can be found on the BMS Recruitment section / Traineeships.

Congratulations – your £250 prize is on its way!

Could one of your Activity Professionals be our next Core Value Challenge winner? This week is Core Value #5 – Build a positive team and family spirit. Entries close 9am Monday 4th July, so get them over to Gemma on 07964 631823 or [email protected] as soon as possible!

Do You Know All There is to Know About Drama?

It’s simple; Drama is another product that you can upsell into your existing schools.

Premier Performing Arts Creative Director, Frankie Worthington attended three meetings this week with licensee, Jason Coughlan. Jason has over 10 years experience operating in the Watford & Hatfield franchise.

The Schools that Frankie and Jason visited on the day were all existing schools with the purpose to confirm existing work for next school year (currently PS only) and upsell as many performing arts products as possible, and guess what…they did exactly that!

In just three 30-minute meetings, Frankie and Jason secured an additional £8,280 for his business, and that’s without the confirmed work he’d already secured – plus, this was all for Drama.

Just think, if every franchisee was to do this in every school that they work in, that would generate a network value of £16,560,000 and that’s without any new schools!

To have a 100% conversation rate also tells us there is a huge demand.
