Premier Foundation Arts-athon

We’ve developed a fantastic new fundraising programme, which is easy to implement, extremely engaging, and most importantly - loads of fun for all involved!

We’ve split it up into two programmes - Dance-athon and Drama-athon - to make it extra flexible for franchisees to deliver, customising the experience to fit each school’s requirements/preferences.

Download the session plans and find out how the days are structured below...

Our Journey to 10k

Win...

The franchisees who send us the best videos/images of their Dance/Drama-athon, will receive an ambassador visits for their winning schools!

Don’t forget to keep us up to date with your fundraising progress - email Gemma. Tag our central Facebook/Twitter accounts if you’re posting pictures/videos during your “athon” of choice - we love to see what great work you’ve been doing!

If you have any questions on the programmes, please email Eve Murphy or Rebecca Evers.

The Only Time You Should Ever Look Back is to See How Far You Have Come!

The below infographic outlines the yearly franchise progress, and as you can see it makes for great reading!

Do Your Customers Feel Important?

Just ask yourself the following...

  • ‘Do you know who your most valuable parent customers are?’
  • ‘Do you know how to reward your most valuable customers?’
  • ‘Do you know how to segment parent customers and increase their spend?’

If the answer is NO, to any of these, then don’t worry, we are here to help!

Frankie from the Operations Team will be conducting a pilot in the next few weeks to increase your customer spend and drive your customers up the loyalty ladder and she wants YOU to be involved!

Did you know that across network, the average parent spend for a 12-month period is between £500 - £999 but the HIGHEST customer spend is just over £4,000! How nice would it be if all our customers were spending £4,000 per year!

So, do you want to get involved in the pilot? If the answer is YES, all you have to do is drop Frankie an email to find out more...

Rewarding Our Top Customers This Christmas...

This December, we thought we’d do something special for our top Premier Parents...

So over 6 days in December, we’ll be sending the top 100 spending parents a daily email with a reward inside.

The rewards include...

  • 2 free days on a holiday course
  • Wellbeing (Fun-Trition/Fit-Trition) free taster session
  • Invite to become a Premier Parent Superhero
  • Free activity e-book download
  • Free Premier Passport and 1 sticker
  • Exclusive competition entry for £50 Love2Shop vouchers

The idea of this thank-you campaign is to increase customer loyalty, and to give 100 parents an extra special experience - encouraging them to share their experiences on social media, and within their peer groups. Word of mouth plays a crucial role in marketing, for the following reasons...

  • 89% of millennial women trust recommendations from a friend, peer, or family member more than recommendations from a brand (11%)
  • 84% of global consumers believe recommendations from friends and family are the most trustworthy sources of information about products
  • 58% of consumers share positive experiences and seek advice from friends and family when they talk about brands on social media
  • 77% of consumers are more likely to buy a new product when learning about it from friends or family

Let’s deliver some WOW and spread the Christmas Cheer this December - happy parents = happy holidays!

Bookings Notifications Update!

You may have noticed a new enhancement we’ve made to the BMS, which alerts you when a parent has made a late booking, a school funded booking, or childcare voucher booking. We’ve made an additional update to this, which means you can now select which email addresses receive these notifications.

You can find this section on your business page of the BMS (screenshot below) - so you can choose exactly who receives these notifications, including multiple email addresses if required.

We hope the new updates help you to monitor your course bookings more efficiently, and if you have any questions about this update please contact Frankie Worthington.

This document has gone out to all County Sports Partnerships and you will find a reference to Premier under number 23, don’t wait for them to contact us, but instead please be proactive and make contact with your CSP to ask if they need some support.

The second document, PP Position Statement ;is a paper pulled together by the County Sport Partnership Network which has gone to all CSPs to encourage them to take stock and refocus effort to do what they can to drive increased impact from this funding.

Any questions or thoughts, please email Jane Hannah or call Jane on 07776 445500.

Premier’s Christmas Genie is Here!

It’s almost that time of year again - and we’ve got something very special planned...

Premier’s Christmas Genie will be granting three children’s wishes this December.

The idea is simple -

  1. Parent or Activity Professional nominates a child
  2. States the child’s top 3 wishes for Christmas presents
  3. Explains in a paragraph of text why they deserve to win
  4. Premier chooses 3 children to win
  5. Premier camera crew goes to surprise the child with Santa and his team of Elves, and delivers the child’s Christmas wish!

We are hoping to receive many touching stories, and create an emotionally uplifting video for Christmas, which we can share with the public.

If you know a child that deserves an extra special early Christmas present this year, please email Gemma, or encourage parents to fill out this form online!

We’re so excited, and hope you are too!

Important Information - Parent Bookings

Following our recent enhancement which allows parents to book online for 4 year olds, there has been some confusion. This email is to clarify that any bookings made for 4 year olds can only be for half a day, unless you are childcare registered. It is important to comply with this rule at all costs.

Many thanks for your cooperation.
