A British athletics legend, national press exposure, new partnerships & treat for your customers too...

It’s been a busy but productive few weeks at Premier HQ and we’re very pleased to announce a number of exciting new opportunities to support your business over the coming months.

Firstly, we’ve secured the support of Darren Campbell MBE to officially launch our Inspire to Engage programme. Darren is in the top six British sprinters of all time and has 21 medals to his name, including Olympic gold for the 4x100m relay in 2004, and Olympic silver for the 200m at the 2000 Sydney Games. He is a great advocate for the brand and the new programme which he officially launched at Sandringham Primary School in Newham.

Duncan “Good-for-You” gets Aldershot and Ash children fit, active and healthy!

Olympic gold medallist Duncan Goodhew MBE last month enthused four schools in Aldershot and Ash about the positive impact that sport and physical activity has made on his own life and the important role it can play in staying fit, healthy and happy.

During Duncan’s visit, pupils received an inspirational assembly about the gold medallists highs and lows during his ‘golden’ years. Duncan also addressed the importance of an active and healthy lifestyle, as well as taking part in the Golden Mile, a national physical activity initiative designed to reward pupils for completing regular exercise. At Walsh Junior school in Ash, he also promoted Surrey CC’s primary schools’ competition to design a healthy menu that is “Fit for an Athlete” with Walsh pupils enjoying a St George’s Day menu of “Duncan Good for You Pollock”!

Be outstanding in everything you do!

Ask yourself, “am I outstanding in everything I do?”

... If not, then you won’t be delivering an OUTSTANDING service. Your customers will compare you with anyone they wish to compare you with and not just another activity or coaching provider.

A school will compare you to the Music Teacher or even the post man! If you walk into a school making no eye contact or not communicating with the office staff, soon followed in by the post man who smiles and stops for a chat - the school will compare you with him/her!

Be outstanding!

Are you protected? Check now!

It has been brought to our attention from our server management company that some franchisees / Activity Professionals may be operating their email accounts and internet browsers without antivirus protection on their computers.

This could potentially have devastating effects on your business if left unchecked. Viruses can penetrate your software via email and internet resulting in software failures. Your emails can become blacklisted and fail to reach intended recipients. This too has a wider effect on all the @premiersport.org and @premier-education.com domains thus affecting other mailboxes throughout the organisation.

Can you please ensure that if you are NOT protected you get the adequate provision immediately and update the security annually or as required.
